Zain invests in FOO for digital business foray

Telecom network operator Zain Group announces a strategic investment in FOO, a Lebanon-based provider of mobility related services.

FOO provides digital strategic consultancy, user interface and experience (UI- UX) design, app and web development solutions, digital marketing and incubation of startups.

The acquisition of FOO will support the strategy of Zain Group’s foray into the digital space with new customer service offerings. ZD focuses on of innovation, digital services, corporate venturing and smart cities.

Zain Group CEO Scott Gegenheimer said: “FOO is one of Lebanon’s technology success stories and this strategic investment will fast-track and enhance Zain’s delivery of innovative digital services to customers and enterprises.”
