Airtel launches 4G LTE services at Ajmer in Rajasthan

Telecom network operator Bharti Airtel today announced the launch of its 4G LTE services at Ajmer in Rajasthan.

With the launch of Airtel 4G in Ajmer, the tourist destination has become the first city in Rajasthan to get 4G LTE services. Bharti Airtel is offering 4G services at 3G prices.

Manoj Murali, CEO – Rajasthan, Bharti Airtel, said: “As customers in Rajasthan show an increasing propensity for consuming data services, we at Airtel are excited to launch 4G services in Ajmer and take the lead in introducing customers in Rajasthan to their first ever experience of 4G speeds.”

Bharti Airtel says its 4G services are currently available in more than 350 towns across the country. For comparison, Vodafone has just started launching 4G in select locations.
