Telecom Italia Sparkle has tapped Voxbone’s local phone numbers to expand its wholesale and enterprise service in more than 50 countries.
Telecom Italia Sparkle is looking at expanding the geographical coverage of its Voice Access Services by offering local phone numbers to customers in countries where Telecom Italia Sparkle does not have local access network coverage.
Voxbone will enable Telecom Italia Sparkle to benefit from operational efficiency and improved order response time because Voxbone’s service works via one inbound SIP trunk over a single IP interconnection with automated ordering and service management.
