InSite Wireless completes acquisition of DAS facilities from Dianet Communications

 

InSite Wireless, owner, operator, and manager of
distributed antenna systems in public and private venues across the United
States, announced that it has closed on the initial purchase of DAS facilities
and related assets from Dianet Communications.

 

Under the terms of its agreement, InSite
has acquired the wireless system infrastructure and all customer license
agreements pertaining to the DAS operations at 30 Rockefeller Center in New
York City and at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ.

 

This acquisition creates significant strategic value for
InSite Wireless and expands our DAS presence in the Northeast into the New
York/New Jersey area. We are pleased to add these attractive and well-known
venues to our DAS portfolio,” said David E. Weisman, president and CEO, InSite.
