MWC 2024: Telkom Indonesia Unveils Bundle Package for SMEs in Asia Pacific

Telkom Indonesia — in partnership with Huawei — has introduced the inaugural Bundle Package tailored for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Asia Pacific region.
Telkom Indonesia and Huawei @ MWC 2024SMEs in Indonesia grapple with multifaceted challenges during their digital journey, ranging from intricate application scenarios to maintenance complexities and elevated risks. Addressing these hurdles head-on, Telkom Indonesia and Huawei jointly introduced the pioneering Bundle Package, specifically curated to cater to SMEs across the Asia Pacific.

This innovative offering boasts cost-effectiveness, seamless launch, and hassle-free management. It encompasses a plethora of industry-leading solutions and flexible options to suit diverse application scenarios. Small and medium-scale enterprises can now tailor their own Bundle Packages, maximizing efficiency gains and customizing solutions according to their unique requirements.

The revamped Bundle Package integrates top-tier products and services, including converged private lines, Wi-Fi services, cloud solutions, and an intelligent video management and analytics platform, alongside comprehensive installation services.

FM Venusiana R, Director of Enterprise & Business Service at Telkom, emphasized Telkom’s substantial presence in the SME market, highlighting the Bundle Package as a fusion of cutting-edge products like Managed Wi-Fi, intelligent video management and analytics, and cloud services. This offering is poised to empower SMEs across various sectors, enhancing management efficiency and curbing operational expenses.

Forecasts suggest that the Bundle Package will attract approximately 420,000 users over the next three years. It is anticipated that 40 percent of existing users will transition to this comprehensive solution, with an additional 20 percent comprising new clientele.

The strategic cooperation framework contract signed between Huawei and Telkom in December 2023 outlined three primary objectives: driving growth in B2B, cloud, and data center domains, transitioning towards intelligent network-cloud networks, and nurturing ICT talent.

Michael Ma, Vice President of Huawei and President of ICT Product Portfolio Management & Solution, hailed the Bundle Package launch as a pivotal milestone in their collaborative journey within the B2B sphere.
