The 2024 annual report of Vodafone has revealed the salary of Vodafone CEO Margherita Della Valle during fiscal 2025.

Vodafone CEO Margherita Della Valle received a salary of £1,250,000 in the 2025 financial year, a slight increase from £1,238,000 in 2024. The modest rise in base salary highlights a stable compensation structure amid broader shifts in total remuneration.

Vodafone CFO Luka Mucic received a salary of £760,000 in the 2025 financial year, up from £443,000 in 2024. The increase reflects his more extended tenure in the role during 2025, compared to a partial year in 2024.

Vodafone reported a 2.0 percent increase in total revenue to €37.4 billion for FY25, with Group organic service revenue rising by 5.1 percent. Adjusted EBITDAaL grew 2.5 percent organically, though performance was impacted by a decline in Germany due to changes in TV regulation. Adjusted free cash flow reached €2.5 billion.

The following is a country-wise comparison of Vodafone’s revenue performance for FY25 versus FY24:

Germany: Revenue declined to €12.18 billion in FY25 from €12.96 billion in FY24.

UK: Revenue rose to €7.07 billion in FY25 from €6.84 billion in FY24.

Other Europe: Revenue increased to €5.69 billion in FY25 from €5.50 billion in FY24.

Türkiye: Revenue surged to €3.09 billion in FY25 from €2.36 billion in FY24.

Africa: Revenue grew to €7.79 billion in FY25 from €7.42 billion in FY24.

Vodafone Group has posted an operating loss of €0.4 billion, mainly due to €4.5 billion in goodwill impairments in Germany and Romania. Disposals in Italy and Spain, along with a reduced stake in Vantage Towers, improved reported leverage. Vodafone ended the year with €22.4 billion in net debt and a Group leverage ratio of 2.0x.

Vodafone serves over 275 million mobile and fixed customers across 15 countries and has more than 51 million FinTech users. Through joint ventures and associates, it reaches an additional 66 million customers and 37 million FinTech users in five countries. The company also partners with mobile networks in over 40 countries beyond its core markets.
