Verizon expands 4G LTE network coverage within Manchester, Maine

American telecom service provider Verizon Wireless on Tuesday said it expanded its 4G LTE network coverage within Manchester, Maine.

After launching 4G LTE network in Maine in June 2012, Verizon Wireless recently enhanced network coverage along Route 202 and in the center of town.

“4G LTE is changing the way customers interact with the world via next generation apps, devices and solutions,” said Dave MacBeth, executive director of Network for Verizon Wireless.

Verizon Wireless completed $178.8 million in wireless network enhancements across New England in the first half of 2014, increasing the company’s regional network investment to $3.73 billion since its inception in 2000.
