Verizon expands 4G LTE network coverage in Durham, Connecticut

American telecom service provider Verizon Wireless on Thursday said it recently enhanced 4G LTE network coverage in Durham, Connecticut.

After launching 4G LTE network in Connecticut in May 2011, Verizon Wireless enhanced its 4G LTE network in Durham along Guilford Road (Route 77) and Main Street (Route 17).

Verizon Wireless in a statement issued said the telecom operator invested $178.8 million in network enhancements across New England in the first half of 2014. With this, its total network investment in the region reached $3.73 billion since its inception in 2000.
