Telkomsel was the fastest mobile operator in Indonesia: Ookla

The latest report from Ookla indicates the download speed of leading mobile operators such as Telkomsel, XL, Ooredoo, 3 and Smartfren during Q1-Q2 2021.
LTE subscribers with InternetIndonesia’s fastest mobile operator during Q1-Q2 2021 was Telkomsel with the fastest download speed of 15.64 Mbps and upload speed of 10.55 Mbps. XL was second for both download and upload speeds, followed by Ooredoo, 3 and Smartfren.

Telkomsel’s smartphone customers experienced upload speed of 10.55 Mbps and download speed of 15.64 Mbps. 4G availability of Telkomsel was 87.3.

Smartphone customers of XL experienced upload speed of 9.47 Mbps and download speed of 11.55 Mbps. 4G availability of XL was 87.8.

Ooredoo customers experienced upload speed of 8.32 Mbps and download speed of 11.46 Mbps. 4G availability of Ooredoo was 90.9.

Three customers experienced upload speed of 8.25 Mbps and download speed of 10.51 Mbps. 4G availability of Three was 89.2.

Smartfren customers experienced upload speed of 1.71 Mbps and download speed of 8.52 Mbps. 4G availability of Smartfren was 94.5.
