4G LTE telecom network operator Reliance Jio Infocomm on Saturday announced the launch of Jionet high speed Wi-Fi service at 55 locations across Indore city.
Currently, Jio Wi-Fi is a free service. The company is offering the Wi-Fi as a free service in order to ensure wide spread adoption among Indians.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated the launch in Brilliant Convention Centre, near Vijay Nagar.
The Mukesh Ambani-promoted Reliance Jio is also expected to launch its 4G LTE services for its employees on 27 December – ahead of the national launch in the second quarter of 2016 for commercial purposes.
