MetroPCS and LG Mobile launch new LG Connect 4G

Communications, a provider of no annual contract, unlimited wireless
communications service for a flat-rate, announced that it has added LG Connect
4G to its 4G LTE-enabled smartphone line-up.

 

LG Connect 4G runs Android 2.3
(Gingerbread) and features a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor.

 

“Our customers demand a stellar
service and device experience and we’re excited to provide another option that
allows them to enjoy entertainment, handle business and stay connected at an
incredible overall value,” said Tom Keys, president and COO of MetroPCS.

 

LG Connect 4G has a 4-inch NOVA display
with patented technology from LG, together with a Corning Gorilla Glass Screen
Protector. LG Connect 4G features a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and 720p HD
video recording. The phone’s Dolby Mobile feature offers a high quality sound
experience with pre-loaded Rhapsody Unlimited Music service. LG Connect 4G is
also equipped with a 5MP rear camera with flash and a front facing camera.

 

MetroPCS offers two affordable smartphone
plans of $50 and $60, both plans feature unlimited talk, text and 4G LTE web
browsing.

LG Mobile.

 

MetroPCS Communications and smartphone
major HTC recently introduced the HTC Wildfire S, MetroPCS’ first Android smartphone provided by HTC. The
Android smartphone comes with HTC’s HTC Sense, which makes it easy to
personalize and navigate the device, along with quick access to the latest
multimedia content.
