The price of Reliance Jio plans starts at Rs 222 for one month, Rs 333 for 3 months and Rs 444 for four months. Jio will be offering 2GB of data in addition to unlimited calls. Wireless plans will be 20-50 percent cheaper than existing competition plans,” Reliance Jio said in a statement.

For existing customers of 1.5 GB per day plans, the new plans offer extra GBs at Rs 1/GB and free additional 1000 min of offnet IUC minutes, which would have cost users Rs 80 if purchased separately. For example, at Rs 399 (3-month plan) customer pays Rs 45 to get 42 GB, which comes at Re 1 per GB. Plus, there will be an additional 1000 min of offnet IUC min which would have come at nearly Rs 80.

When compared to Jio’s existing 2GB per day, the 3-month 2GB per day pack will now cost Rs 444 instead of 448 with additional 1000 min of offnet IUC min which would have come at nearly Rs 80 separately.

The 2-month plan from Reliance Jio will be available now at 333 against earlier cost of 396 (198×2) with additional 1000 minutes of offnet IUC min which would have come at nearly Rs 80 separately.
