Huawei v/s ZTE: Who will win the patent battle in Europe?

After filing the lawsuit, Huawei shared the visuals of Huawei and ZTE products. They look exactly similar.

ZTE officials were not available for their comments. The battle between ZTE and Huawei for strengthening their position will continue since they are expanding in global markets. Yesterday, Huawei filed lawsuits in Germany, France, and Hungary against ZTE Corporation for patent and trade mark infringement.

The lawsuits were filed on the basis that ZTE is infringing a series of Huawei’s patents relating to data card and LTE (Long Term Evolution) technologies and illegally used a Huawei-registered trademark on some of its data card products.
