Elitecore launches NetVertex Policy Manager Version 6.0 aimed at broadband providers

Elitecore Technologies, a provider of telecom software
(OSS/BSS) solutions, announced the launch of NetVertex 6.0 Policy management.

The new solution offers Policy Management capabilities to
help operators improve their revenue-earning potential in the mobile broadband
market.

NetVertex 6.0 offers 40+ Use cases pertaining to Service
Innovation, Personalization and Monetization such as service personalization,
Turbo boost, Enterprise policy, Business Intelligence and more.

NetVertex’s approach ensures the policy manager is able to harness
critical intelligence from key network and IT systems such as billing,
charging, BI/ CEA or loyalty system and not based on subscriber profile
details.

This enables service providers to roll out differentiated
services and pricing models. The solution enables operators to achieve
flexibility in delivering innovative, new services.

Along with network components, the policy management
solutions will need to integrate with multiple IT systems. Solutions such as
Elitecore’s Netvertex V6.0 will enable the quick roll out of plans that would
create a differentiated subscriber experience while increasing operator ARPU.

Operators are constantly experiencing pressure to reduce
their time-to-market; they also need to fulfill “anytime, any device”
promise. Operators are looking for ways to protect, control, and grow
their subscriber base,” said Dhaval Vora, VP, Product Management and
Solutions, Elitecore.

NetVertex 6.0 will enable the roll out of new services
and plans so that they can timely target additional revenue opportunities
surrounding new usage patterns while meeting subscriber needs.

NetVertex is available as a standalone policy manager or can
be pre-integrated with Elitecore’s Crestel suite offering of convergent
billing, mediation, charging, voucher management, and subscriber management
solutions for a platform-based approach to policy control.

The portfolio integrates with the service selection portal,
a subscriber interface that allows customers to access service information on a
real-time basis, including pricing, promotions, and advice of charge.

This end-to-end approach enables operators to derive value
from their new network infrastructures””whether those are 3G or 4G””by reducing
the IT complexity associated with creating and deploying new services. A
single-platform approach mitigates the risk and time associated with
integrating multiple solutions, and helps reduce Opex by reducing license,
support, and maintenance costs.
