Airtel 4G reaches Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara and Kapurthala in Punjab

Indian telecom service provider Bharti Airtel announced the expansion of 4G LTE services across 4 towns in Punjab – Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara and Kapurthala.

Earlier, Bharti Airtel expanded its 4G services in Chandigarh-Tricity, Ludhiana and Jalandhar.

The telecom operator has set up special demo zones and kiosks in Bharti Airtel showrooms in Amritsar at 1, Court Road, Kitchlu Chowk, near petrol pump; in Hoshiarpur at Clock Tower, Kotwali Bazar ; in Phagwara at 462, Guru Hargobind Nagar, near Improvement Trust and in Kapurthala at Court Chowk for customers to experience LIVE demos.

Besides accessing 4G data services on Bharti Airtel dongles and the Wi-Fi CPEs, LTE users can access 4G on smartphones including Apple iPhone 5S and 5C.

Other 4G compatible handsets include Xolo LT 900 and LG G2 (model D802T).

Airtel is offering 4G SIM at Rs 49 for mobile users.

The price of 4G dongles are Rs 1500.

The price of CPE is Rs 2500.

Airtel is also offering 4G plans at Rs 999 for postpaid – mobiles, dongles and CPEs and Rs 995 for prepaid- mobiles.

Bharti Airtel postpaid mobile plan for 4G customers will cost Rs 100.
