TelecomLead Awards 2017: TelecomLead OSS-BSS Company – Sterlite Tech

The jury of TelecomLead Awards 2017 has decided to present TelecomLead OSS/BSS Company award to Sterlite Tech for the company’s support to Indian telecom industry, technology innovation in the last 12 months.

Sterlite Tech has made significant achievements in the telecom space in India and abroad in the last 12 months.

Sterlite Tech has enabled BSNL to roll out nationwide Wi-Fi. Sterlite Tech offered its Wi-Fi SMP solution, which will enable BSNL’s mobile data offload and public Wi-Fi services across 4,500 hotspots across India in Phase 1.

Sterlite Tech IPLMS (IP log management system) has enabled another Indian telecom operator to find and provide desired output/record as per DoT requirement within 30 minutes against 24 hours with their earlier system.

The Sterlite Tech IPLMS solution provides a highly available and fast search engine providing outputs to search queries raised by LI and investigative agencies by correlating NAT logs for Pan India Vodafone traffic. The solution provides online and offline storage of historical data. The Sterlite platform supports 6 million transactions per second and has capacity to process 240 billion records per day.

TelecomLead Awards Jury details

Satya N Gupta, Jury Chairman and Jury Members including Ravindra Kr Mishra, Rakesh Mehrotra, Girish Trivedi and Baburajan Kizhakedath decided the winners of the TelecomLead Awards 2017 through two rounds of jury meeting in June / July 2017.
