Wataniya Telecom introduces new international calls packs

Telecom Lead Middle East: Wataniya, Kuwait’s telecom operator, has launched the
International Call Packs that will allow its postpaid customers to call
internationally at 15 and 30 percent discounted rates over two different packs.

Wataniya Telecom has designed two packs for International
calls; the first offers a 30 percent discount on all international calls.

The second pack offers a 15 percent discount on all international
calls.

“Wataniya Telecom is always looking for opportunities
to make that extra effort in creating new packs and services that cater to the
needs of the community. Accordingly, we have designed the International Call
Packs granting customers the opportunity to stay in continuous contact with
their families and friends, while using a guaranteed and high quality service
at competitive prices,” said Abdolaziz Al-Balool, public relations director at
Wataniya Telecom.

When customers obtain these packs, they will be
automatically added to his/her existing plan. For example, if the customer is
using “Hala” plan, the International Call Pack can be added with the
previously mentioned discounted rates in addition to Hala plan’s benefits.

“With the ‘International Call Packs’, postpaid
customers can enjoy discounts on all their calls wherever they are in Kuwait
with no internet required, as opposed to other applications and services, and
with a clear line,” Al-Balool added.

Wataniya Telecom Improves Customers First Use Experience

Dynamic SIM Management to enable users for self activating their subscriptions
using handsets.
