Vodafone India to expand enterprise business

Telecom Lead India: Mobile major Vodafone India is
looking at expanding its enterprise business in India.

 

Vodafone Business Service has already gained over 3
million corporate customers in India. It currently provides services to over
60,000 global and national businesses.

 

Vodafone Business Services is an integral and key
component of its India growth strategy.

 

Vodafone said its customer experience center (CEC) for
enterprises will kick off operations in Mumbai from June 2012.

 

Vodafone will expand CEC to other cities to attract a
larger pool of business customers.

 

CEC is a state-of-the-art engagement facility
designed to enable business customers to explore a world of innovative
communication solutions.

At the CEC, customers will see interactive presentations,
innovative live demos and discussions, to identify their communication needs.
CEC will offer customized solutions for their business needs.
