Vodafone expands retail stores in India to boost customer experience

Mehramansinh Rana, a Vodafone customer in Pune, inaugurating Vodafone storeTelecom network operator Vodafone India has launched two retail stores in the Pune city at NIBM Road and Kalyani Nagar to boost customer experience.

With these new stores, Vodafone’s retail footprint has gone up to 930 plus company owned stores including 26 Global Design Stores in Maharashtra and Goa circle.

“With the launch of two more Global Design Stores in Pune, we are extending a global service experience to a larger customer base in the city,” said Ashish Chandra, business head – Maharashtra & Goa, Vodafone India.

Vodafone claims that it has the country’s largest exclusive retail footprint with more than 9900 stores. Presently, Vodafone has over 930+ retail touch points in Maharashtra & Goa, including 71 Vodafone stores, 474 Vodafone Mini Stores and 393 ADVMS (rural mini stores).
