VEON’s Jazz cancels tower deal with Tanzanite

VEON has terminated its agreement for the sale of the tower business of its subsidiary in Pakistan, Jazz, to Tanzanite Tower due to lack of all the regulatory approvals.

Tanzanite, a Pakistan tower operating company, and Jazz signed an agreement for the sale of the telecom tower business in August 2017.
