Telia has completed the divestment of its subsidiary Telia Carrier to Polhem Infra, at an enterprise value of SEK 9,450 million.
Telia Company has entered a long-term partnership with Carrier to continue to bring customers world-leading connectivity and mobile network solutions.
“This transaction highlights and crystallizes the value that we have built in our digital infrastructure,” says Telia Company President and CEO Allison Kirkby. “It will also allow Telia to now focus on providing digital services that enable better connected lives across the Nordics and Baltics.”
