Telecom network operator Tata Docomo today announced new post paid plans offering better voice and data services.
For a monthly rental of Rs 299, Tata Docomo is offering talk time of 600 local and STD minutes and 1 GB 3G data.
For 3,000 minutes of local and STD talk time and 8GB of 3G data, Tata Docomo need to pay rental of Rs 1,549.
The post paid scheme is available in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand circles.
“The new Post Pay plan will help our subscribers in Uttar Pradesh (West) circle get access to not only faster data but free talk time as well,” said Ajit Chaturvedi, consumer business unit head, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand circles, Tata Teleservices.
According to a latest joint study by ASSOCHAM and KPMG, India is expected to have a total of 180 million smart phones by 2019. This will contribute to 13.5 percent of the total global smart phone market as compared to 7.6 percent at present.
