T-Mobile to strengthen its enterprise business

Telecom Lead America: T-Mobile USA has decided to
strengthen its enterprise business.

It unveiled its new Small Business Productivity
Plan, which is aimed at increasing the company’s current five percent share of
the $60 billion B2B segment.

The company said the new SMB plan can help small
businesses maximize their wireless investment and transform their business.

B2B is not a toe-in-the-water strategy for T-Mobile.
Wireless mobility is becoming increasingly important for the growth and success
of business of all sizes. With an aggressive challenger strategy on top of our
strong nationwide 4G network, T-Mobile is confident about our ability to meet
the evolving needs of our business customers and grow our B2B business,” said
Matt Millen, vice president of small and medium business sales at T-Mobile.

In addition to its $4 billion network investment and
plans to triple its B2B sales force, T-Mobile intends to up the ante with
B2B-focused plans, offers and solutions that directly address the pain points
of these customers.

The company also highlighted its Small Business
Mobile Makeover Sweepstakes that offers a Grand Prize package worth more
than $60,000, including free devices and domestic voice and data services for
as many as 25 employees.

The company said that its small business customers can
use unlimited data, talk and text plus overage-free 5GB Mobile Broadband
service for $99.98 per month, with a two-year agreement on T-Mobile’s
new Small Business Productivity Plan.

The company added that between May 14 and May 27, these
customers also receive a Samsung Exhibit II 4G smartphone and a T-Mobile 4G
Mobile HotSpot for free after mail-in rebate card.

T-Mobile selects Ericsson, Nokia Siemens for its $4 Billion 4G
network rollout

Recently, T-Mobile USA selected Ericsson and Nokia
Siemens Networks for its new $4 billion worth 4G network project,
including network modernization and deployment of long term evolution (LTE)
service in 2013.
