NTT Com consolidates online marketing-related companies

Telecom Lead Asia: In a bid to grow with the rapidly
transforming online marketing business, NTT Communications Corporation, a
provider of ICT services, is going to consolidate its online marketing-related
companies.

NTT Com will consolidate its Marketing Solutions Sector,
NTT NaviSpace Corporation, NTT Resonant’s Online Research Sector, and Digital
Forest.

 

The move will allow the company to meet the needs of
clients going global in this era of big data.

 

NTT Com has also revealed that the new company emerged
out of this consolidation will begin operations on October 1, 2012.

 

NTT NaviSpace, database marketing company, will
incorporate NTT Com’s Marketing Solutions Sector and NTT Resonant’s goo
research on October 1, 2012.

 

Additionally, NTT NaviSpace will change its trade name to
NTTCom Online Marketing Solutions Corporation, and will integrate Web access
analysis provider Digital Forest into its operations on January 1, 2013.

 

The company reckons that the rapid spread of smartphones
and social media and the enhancements in cloud technology have changed online
marketing solutions dramatically.

 

Customer touchpoints have become more diverse and global,
and new solutions such as online-to-offline (O2O) marketing and social CRM
(Customer Relationship Management), have become an integral part of marketing
strategy.

 

Till now, NTT Com’s all online related companies were
providing a variety of ICT solutions, including O2O, social CRM, research and
analytics, to accommodate the evolving online marketing environment.

 

The company said that post consolidation, the integration
of skills and experience of its online marketing- related companies into NTTCom
Online Marketing Solutions Corporation will position NTT a versatile provider
of total business solutions for online marketing.

 

NTT Communications to acquire 50.1% stake in a DTSI company

 

A few months back, NTT Communications entered into
an agreement with the Diversified Technology Solutions
International (DTSI) Group.

 

Under the agreement, NTT Com acquired a 50.1 percent
stake in Freedom Resources Holdings Corporation, the holding company of
the DTSI Group.
