MTS India appoints Bijender Yadav as CTO

MTS India (Sistema Shyam TeleServices) has appointed Bijender Yadav as the chief technology officer (CTO).

He takes over from Ashwani Khillan who resigned in May 2015 to join American Tower Corporation’s India business.

As the CTO, Bijender Yadav will be responsible for network strategy and operations for MTS India. Bijender Yadav joined MTS India in 2009 and has involved in network planning and strategy for the company.

The Indian telecom service provider has also named Ashok Singh as the chief operating officer (COO) of Kolkata and West Bengal circles.

Before joining MTS India, Ashok Singh worked with Tata TeleServices as chief operating officer for Jharkhand circle.
