Globe Telecom taps ATC to build towers in Philippines

Globe Telecom has signed an agreement with Transcend Towers Infrastructure, a subsidiary of American Tower Corporation, to build more towers in the Philippines.
Globe Telecom tower deal with ATCTranscend Towers will build 150 sites for Globe Telecom in North Luzon in the initial phase.

Globe Chief Finance Officer Rizza Maniego-Eala said that American Tower subsidiary will play a critical role in improving the density of Globe’s sites in North Luzon.

Globe Telecom earlier signed similar telecom tower lease deals with ISOC Infrastructure and Malaysia-based tower company edotco Group last June and Aboitiz InfraCapital, and Frontier Tower Associates Philippines (FTAP) last July.
