Globe Telecom consumer marketing head Chee Loo Fun resigned

Globe Telecom said its senior advisor for consumer marketing Chee Loo Fun has decided to step down.

Chee Loo Fun, who joined Globe Telecom in 2011 to lead the prepaid business, was instrumental in growing its Consumer Business. She also headed the strategic development of the revitalized Globe brand and its re-launch in late 2013.

Meanwhile, G-Xchange president Paolo Baltao has also resigned. Xavier Marzan will be the new president.

Baltao spent the last decade building the telecom’s mobile commerce business, scaling up new businesses and equal emphasis on emerging opportunities around mobile payments, m-commerce, and mobile financial services.
