China Mobile said the measures will have a certain impact on the company’s operating revenue and net profit.
China Mobile, which has more than 500 million 4G subscribers, encourage its customers to increase their usage of telecom services while upgrading Internet speed and reducing tariff in order to achieve a higher turnover despite a lower profit margin.
China Mobile believes that such measures will accelerate the company’s transformation in data traffic operation and digital services in the long run.
