Cellcom Israel names CTO, CIO and CMO

Cellcom Israel announced the appointment of chief technology officer (CTO) and chief information officer (CIO).
Cellcom Israel mobile networkYaniv Koriat is the CTO of Cellcom Israel. Victor Malka is the CIO of Cellcom Israel. Atara Litvak-Shacham is the VP of Excellence and Innovation at Cellcom Israel. Atara Litvak-Shacham will also serve as the company’s interim replacement VP Marketing, Television and Content.

Yaniv Koriat has served as the head of transport networks engineering since 2015. From 2011 to 2015, he served as a team leader of transport and IP networks engineering.

Victor Malka has served as communications consultant since 2019. From 2012 to 2019, he served as head of information systems in the technologies division. From 2007 to 2012, he served as head of management systems at Bezeq in its engineering division and from 1996 to 2007 as Bezeq’s head of information systems department in its engineering division.

Litvak-Shacham served as a marketing and business consultant since 2019. In 2018, she served as Lomus Global’s VP Marketing. From 2015 to 2017, she served as Partner Communication’s VP Marketing and Growth Engines, and in 2014, she served as a chief marketing officer for Colmobil Group’s on-line initiative. From 2005 to 2012, Litvak-Shacham served as VP Marketing in Bezeq International.
