Apollo Towers signs telecom tower deal with Telenor Myanmar

Apollo Towers Myanmar has signed a purchase order of more than 700 new telecom towers with Telenor Myanmar.

Telecom industry veteran Sanjiv Ahuja-promoted Apollo Towers Myanmar is in the process of expanding its presence in Myanmar.

Telenor Myanmar has more than 6.4 million customers in Myanmar in Q1 2015.

Petter Furberg, chief executive officer, Telenor Myanmar, said: “We are committed to fulfilling our promise to support the modernization of Myanmar’s telecommunications sector.”
