The Airtel annual report for 2017-18 has disclosed the annual remuneration for chairman Sunil Mittal, India CEO Gopal Vittal, CFO Nilanjan Roy and company secretary Pankaj Tewari, and other top management.
Sunil Mittal, the founder of Airtel, has received INR 301.97 million towards remuneration during fiscal 2017-18. This mainly includes annual salary given to Sunil Mittal, in addition to PF.
Gopal Vittal received INR 169.73 million towards annual remuneration during the last financial year. Gopal Vittal’s remuneration includes annual salary, stock options and PF during the last financial year.
Nilanjan Roy received INR 47.60 million towards annual remuneration during 2017-18, Airtel said in its annual report.
Pankaj Tewari received annual remuneration of INR 12.24 million.
