Airtel announces two new CEOs for consumer business group





Bharti Airtel announced the appointment of CEOs for its Broadband/Data and DTH/Media services.



 



Both these verticals are part of the Consumer Business Group that will lead the overall strategy for the Business to Consumer segment (B2C), with a clear focus on customer experience, product and service innovation and building an ecosystem around the B2C services.



 



Rajiv Rajgopal is the CEO- Broadband/Data. Prior to this, he has led the successful integration of the circles of Tamil Nadu and Kerala (KTN), in addition to leading this leadership circle for the mobile business.



 



Shashi Arora is the CEO-DTH/ Media services. Prior to this, he has successfully led the Mobile business for some of Airtel’s largest circles – Delhi and Upper North.

In their new roles, both Rajiv Rajgopal and Shashi Arora will report to K Srinivas- President, Consumer Business, Bharti Airtel.
