ZTE’s professional service products grew 28% in 2012

Telecom Lead Asia: In 2012, ZTE professional service products grew 28 percent, despite the recession in the global telecommunication industry.

Since 2008, the ZTE service division has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 40 percent, with managed services reaching a compound annual growth rate of 58 percent.

As part of strengthening ZTE’s professional service products business, ZTE said its newly launched UniCare service solution will target mobile operators.

UniCare, an end-to-end integrated solution, covers network by offering operation assurance aimed at network performance management, service quality management and customer experience assurance, as well as operation consulting aimed at network, service and market development.

Yang Jiaxiao, vice president of ZTE, says as technical services have focused on a specific area of an operator’s business, they have failed to bring about improvements in operational efficiencies or user experience and have not delivered increased revenues or profits.

ZTE’s UniCare service solution overcomes these failures by providing mobile operators with an overall service assurance for their entire business.

UniCare service solution focuses on the weak points in operation flows. It offers better user and service experience, improves network values and integrates network with marketing maintenance enabling operators to build high quality networks, improve user experience and increase revenues.
