Who’s Charlotte Levert, Chief People Officer of Ericsson?

Telecom equipment maker Ericsson has announced the appointment of Charlotte Levert as Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President, and Head of Group Function People.

The appointment is effective February 10, 2025. She will be based in Sweden. Charlotte Levert succeeds MajBritt Arfert, who announced her departure in October 2024 after over 38 years with the company.

Charlotte Levert brings extensive experience to her role, having held various executive positions within Ericsson across multiple business areas. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Head of People for Business Area Cloud and Software Services.

Prior to that, Charlotte Levert was the Head of People for Business Area Managed Services. Before joining Ericsson, Charlotte Levert was the Head of HR Sweden & Global HR Business Partner at Tieto and has held various senior management positions within human resources. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Human Resources.
