WebNMS and HFR showcase Carrier Ethernet 2.0 solutions at Carrier Ethernet APAC event

WebNMS, a provider of network management and IoT solutions, and HFR, a supplier of wired and wireless network equipment, are showcasing their Carrier Ethernet 2.0 solutions at the Carrier Ethernet APAC conference on December 3-4, 2014, in Singapore.

The conference is collocated with SDN & NFV Asia.

Recently, WebNMS and HFR announced their collaboration.

HFR will demonstrate its Carrier Ethernet switches and showcase HA-805 10GbE Network Interface Device (NID). The HA-800 series of switches has integrated WebNMS Carrier Ethernet Management Solution for service provisioning, activation, fault management, performance management, security management and QoS management.

Peter K Cho, vice president of HFR, said: “We will highlight our mobile backhaul solutions, including the unified service management, service assurance and service visualization tools that combine WebNMS solutions and our unique system architecture.”

WebNMS will exhibit its products including those integrated by HFR as well as their new Symphony Orchestration Platform. Symphony combines unified CE and MPLS network management software with the Composer Workflow Framework for automating network operations.

“The HFR solution exemplifies the collaborative leadership needed to help reduce provider Opex and move toward delivering dynamic service,” said Prabhu Ramachandran, director of WebNMS.
