Ubico to deploy world’s largest mobile coverage solution at Diamond Bourse

Ubico, an Indian digital utility infrastructure company, announced that it won the exclusive contract to deploy the In-Building Mobile Coverage Solution at Bharat Diamond Bourse in Mumbai. Ubico will build wireless communication infrastructure supporting multiple operators and technologies.

Ubico’s RF-over-Fiber DAS (Distributed Antenna System) solution will enable ubiquitous voice and data connectivity for the highly demanding business environment at the Bharat Diamond Bourse, supporting CDMA, GSM, 3G, Wi-MAX and LTE.

Bharat Diamond Bourse  is the largest facility of its kind in India. Spread across 20 acres, it will house over 2500 distinct offices allotted to the members of the diamond fraternity. It will also house 30 leading banks providing 24,500 safe deposit boxes enabled with state-of-the-art security protocols. The Bourse will have restaurants, customs offices, a trading floor and a strong room.
