TIM, Huawei to develop Narrowband IoT technology

TIM ItalyTIM and Huawei signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of solutions for the Internet of Things technology of Narrowband (NB-IoT).

TIM will build the first Open Lab for research and innovation in Italy dedicated to the NB – IoT. Huawei made the key announcement at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2016) in Barcelona.
