JSI has acquired LogicomUSA, a provider of voice, network, and contact centre services for broadband providers and electric cooperatives. The acquisition will help JSI expand its broadband services by combining Logicom’s expertise with JSI’s engineering and consulting services. Logicom’s services will be integrated into JSI’s Network Engineering division.

6D Technologies Deploys Ventas Solution for Smart Communications

6D Technologies has deployed its Ventas Sales & Distribution solution for Smart Communications, a unit of PLDT. The solution modernizes Smart’s sales operations by improving supply chain management, order tracking, and logistics. It helps Smart reduce costs and speed up processes, supporting the company’s growth and innovation goals.

Starlink Requests More Spectrum in Italy

This restructuring comes as Disney faces challenges from a decline in television viewing, as more consumers shift toward streaming services. The layoffs are expected to be announced soon.
