Tele-Denmark selects Aria Systems to power triple play market

Aria Systems, a provider of subscription billing and management solutions, announced that YouSee, a division of Tele-Denmark Communications, selected Aria Systems as its new billing and subscriber management solution provider.

Aria Systems will power the billing for YouSee’s high-speed Internet, phone and cable TV services to the residential market.

YouSee, one of the world’s leading telecommunications companies with over 50 percent of all the households in Denmark, is increasingly relying on new products and bundled offerings to grow its business.

YouSee requires the flexibility to evolve pricing and packaging as customer needs and market dynamics change over time. These market dynamics demand a billing system that integrates tightly with other applications across the company.

To find a solution that could meet these needs, YouSee conducted a comprehensive evaluation of both on-premises and cloud-based billing systems. The company needed a flexible billing solution that allows its team to easily create new price plans and conduct free trials, as well as offer flexibility with credits, refunds, and other Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions.

Aria Systems was ultimately selected for these capabilities, along with its ability to offer the fastest time-to-market, greatest flexibility and an unmatched level of experience with international deployments.

Innovative companies such as YouSee have realized the tremendous value of a cloud-based enterprise billing solution,” said Mike Morini, chief executive officer at Aria Systems. We are excited to add another marquee name to our growing customer list, and look forward to working with YouSee as they maximize the benefit of our proven platform.”
