Telcordia leads in Service Fulfillment market

Telcordia
announced that for the sixth straight year it has been named the global market
leader in Service Fulfillment by leading industry analyst firm, Analysys Mason.

In a
highly competitive market that is expected to grow to USD$3.2 billion by 2014,
Telcordia Service Fulfillment continues to be the solution of choice for
Communications Service Providers (CSPs) looking to realize the potential of new
market opportunities, greater efficiencies and a better experience for
customers.

Telcordia’s
number-one ranking appears in Analysys Mason’s July 2011 report, Service
Fulfillment Systems: Worldwide Market Shares 2010, which identifies the leaders
in the service fulfillment systems market, and provides suppliers’ worldwide
market shares in a range of sub-categories including Order Management,
Inventory Management, Activation and Engineering Tools.

In
addition to its overall leadership, Telcordia
is credited as a market leader in three of the four sub-categories, with a
“notable presence” in the fourth.

“In
a steadily expanding space, Telcordia remains the overall global Service
Fulfillment market leader for the sixth straight year,” said Mark
Mortensen, principal analyst, Analysys Mason.

Constant
competition and the evolution of nextgeneration technologies will continue to
be challenges for CSPs in the upcoming year, and there will be plenty of
opportunity for market leaders, such as Telcordia, to provide solutions that
lead to business growth and drive customer satisfaction.

“Our
sustained leadership in service fulfillment highlights the value of our
experience and the capabilities of our technology,” said Bill Wanke,
president, Operations Solutions, Telcordia.

“We
truly are helping CSPs realize the potential for lower costs, shorter time to
market and a better customer experience by automating order processing, flow-through
provisioning and fast activation of complex new services,” Wanke added.
