Netcracker Technology, a provider of digital transformation solutions, has announced an extension and expansion of its technology contract with T-Mobile.
The multi-year engagement will focus on evolving and modernizing T-Mobile’s wholesale Business Support Systems (BSS) platform. Netcracker did not reveal the size of the tech contract with T-Mobile, one of the leading telecoms in the United States.
T-Mobile Wholesale will leverage Netcracker’s advanced BSS capabilities to enhance various aspects of its operations. This includes extending BSS functionalities into critical areas such as the MVNO Partner Portal, Partner Configuration, Product Catalog, and Billing. By harnessing the features of Netcracker GenAI Telco Solution, T-Mobile aims to optimize customer care and interactions, ultimately boosting overall customer satisfaction levels.
Netcracker will continue to provide managed services for T-Mobile’s wholesale BSS, allowing T-Mobile to focus on revenue growth and customer loyalty initiatives. This collaboration empowers T-Mobile to strengthen its market position while enabling wholesale customers to explore new opportunities and create innovative solutions.
