Sidera Networks selects Global Capacity’s One Marketplace Access Exchange

By
Telecom Lead Team:
  Sidera Networks, a
provider of fiber optic-based network solutions for critical communications,
has selected Global Capacity, a telecommunications information and logistics
Company to use its One Marketplace Access Exchange.

One Marketplace is an online pricing platform that
provides real-time competitive quotes for circuits, automating the ordering,
provisioning and management of off-net access services.

“The One Marketplace Access Exchange platform offers
all three, with the significant added benefit of leveraging Global Capacity’s
network optimization tools and intelligence to drive cost out of our existing
business,” said Mike Sicoli, CEO of Sidera Networks.

Global Capacity will use its optimization tools and
algorithms to conduct a thorough analysis of Sidera’s off-net access services to
quickly identify and implement network cost savings.

“We believe Global Capacity’s unique combination of
capabilities provides Sidera a clear competitive advantage as they expand their
position as a premier provider of fiber optic services,” said Patrick
Shutt, CEO of Global Capacity.

The One Marketplace Access Exchange enables real-time
access to both client-specific rates as well as competitive market rates,
automating the end-to-end process of off-net access procurement.

Global Capacity’s network optimization services entail a
thorough and detailed analysis of off-net assets including contract reviews,
capacity usage, network design and pricing, which culminates in a comprehensive
inventory of off-net circuits, and is used to identify network redundancies and
inefficiencies that commonly occur in growing network service provider
organizations.

Recently,  Sidera Networks announced Interactive Telecom Solutions (ITS), as its latest
channel agent. ITS signed an agreement to market Sidera Networks’ services to
its clients.
