SK Telecom, Fibocom, Cambium Networks, Nothing, Airspan Networks, Quectel, among others, announced their partnerships at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona.

SK Telecom
SK Telecom has signed an agreement with Giga Computing, a leader in liquid cooling technology, and SK Enmove to jointly develop cooling solutions.
Giga Computing will contribute its expertise in liquid cooling solutions, while SK Enmove will supply high-quality cooling fluids, leveraging its technological capabilities and competitiveness in the high-quality lubricants market.
SK Telecom
SK Telecom announced a partnership with Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation. The partners will collaborate on mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems for artificial intelligence data centers (AIDCs). The two companies will first cooperate on the construction and development of hyperscale AIDCs in key regions in Korea.
Fibocom
Fibocom has launched 5G modules powered by Qualcomm’s X85/X82 5G Modem-RF. These modules are designed to enhance Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) capabilities, improving network coverage, latency, and energy efficiency. Key features include support for AI, carrier aggregation, and improved uplink data rates. The collaboration between Fibocom and Qualcomm accelerates the transition to 5G technologies, offering smarter and more efficient connectivity solutions.
Cambium Networks
Cambium Networks announced that its X7-35X Wi-Fi 7 indoor access point has earned OpenRoaming certification from the Wireless Broadband Alliance. This certification ensures roaming across OpenRoaming-enabled networks. The X7-35X provides connectivity, security, and operational efficiency for enterprises, service providers, and smart city projects.
Nothing
Nothing has launched its Phone (3a) series, manufactured in Chennai as part of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative. The new series includes features such as upgraded cameras, Snapdragon processors, and displays. This move strengthens Nothing’s presence in India, following growth in the market.
Airspan Networks
Airspan Networks and Druid Software are helping a European railway company with private 5G networks. They have provided 5G technology for better connectivity at maintenance and operational sites. This 5G network helps with tasks like maintenance using augmented reality (AR) and real-time train communication, making rail operations more efficient and safer.
Quectel
Quectel Wireless Solutions has introduced the YFCX001WWAH, a 5G transparent antenna that improves connectivity in devices like wearables, cars, and smart agriculture tools. The antenna is thin, transparent, and can be used in different materials, making it a useful tool for 5G technology.
