MWC 2015: Ericsson, China Mobile to demo Radio Dot for indoor coverage

Telecom network vendor Ericsson and China Mobile will demo the Ericsson Radio Dot System, an indoor mobile coverage solution, to boost TD-LTE uptake at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2015) in Barcelona.

The demonstration is expected to drive the commercial uptake of TD-LTE small cell products among telecom operators. The TD-LTE Radio Dot System demonstrated in the booth of China Mobile on site at MWC, is an innovative small cell solution by Ericsson.

Showcased at the Mobile World Congress 2014, Ericsson is yet to bag significant deals after going with pilots of Red Dot in the last one year. It last week said Vodafone Netherlands is using Red Dot.
