The latest channel management solution is the newest addition to its Revenue Plus suite.

Mahindra Comviva said Incremental Revenues through Incremental Sales (IRIS) unifies retailer and subscriber recharge processes by providing concurrent recharge experience to both the parties.

The aim is to create a better value proposition and increase subscriber revenue for telecom operators which are facing challenges in growing ARPU.

IRIS allows telecoms to treat each customer and retailer differently and rewards their combination at various levels of the upgrade. The IRIS solution assists telecoms to unify the subscriber and retailer recharge as well as generate incremental revenue to improve satisfaction to customers and trade.

Amit Sanyal, head of Consumer Value Solutions Business, Mahindra Comviva, said: “The effort put in by the operator for quicker ROI, revenue enhancement and incremental margins are hampered by the lackluster approach followed by retailers who actually sell the products.”

IRIS, embedded with work force automation, encompasses functions like retailer incentivization, retailer self-help and channel self-help. It enhances retailer incentivization by tuning the value of each reward to the value/effort of the upgrade brought in from each customer.

It aids customers in service discovery through its customer self-help feature. Channel self-help of IRIS enables telecoms in sharing real time sales and distribution information field force for accelerating action planning and productivity.

Mahindra Comviva’s Revenue Plus Suite is a data-driven marketing tool to assists marketers to deliver contextual marketing across multiple channels and on any device.
