CSG Singleview powers Middle Eastern mobile operator for network-wide scalability

CSG International on Thursday said a Middle Eastern mobile network operator has expanded its deal with CSG to address subscriber and transaction growth using CSG Singleview.

The operator will increase its use of Singleview, CSG’s revenue-management platform, for seamless automation, network-wide scalability, and speed-to-market for new offerings.

The company does not share the name of the Middle Eastern mobile network operator.

At present, Singleview supports more than 1.2 billion real-time charging requests per day globally, enabling investments in innovation and proven Big Data scalability and performance, said CSG in a statement.

CSG claims that its Singleview supports charging, billing, and customer management in a single production environment for millions of the telecom operator’s mobile subscribers and can decrease the time from concept to sale for new mobile services from six months to six days. The operator has enjoyed rapid returns on its investment in Singleview, including a 50 percent return within months of deployment. A full return on its investment is anticipated during the first year.

“Singleview accelerates time-to-market for innovative new services while offering some of the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry,” said George Fraser, vice president of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for CSG.

More than 60 of the world’s leading wireline, wireless, mobile and IP network operators rely on CSG’s Singleview platform for their fully converged real-time prepaid and postpaid charging and billing services.
