Cisco’s Agile Services Networking is revolutionizing how service providers operate their networks by combining Silicon One routing, a unified software experience, and converged IP and optics into a seamless architecture. This new approach enhances network performance, reduces costs, and creates new monetization opportunities for service providers looking to compete in the AI-driven market.

Early adopters, including Arelion, Lumen, and Reliance Jio, have already seen significant improvements in efficiency and customer experience. As AI continues to drive innovation, Cisco is enabling service providers to modernize their infrastructure and capitalize on new revenue streams.

Expanding its Agile Services Networking offering, Cisco introduced two key innovations designed to provide real-time visibility and end-to-end assurance across networks.

ThousandEyes Connected Devices extends Cisco’s ThousandEyes platform, offering enhanced visibility into subscriber experiences from home networks to off-network services, allowing providers to proactively resolve issues before they affect users.

Provider Connectivity Assurance introduces AI-powered user experience capabilities, providing real-time traffic insights and predictive demand intelligence to optimize network performance, reduce congestion, and dynamically adjust spectrum usage.

Leading providers such as Virgin Media O2 and Odido are already leveraging these assurance solutions to improve customer satisfaction, enhance net promoter scores (NPS), and deliver superior service experiences.

Virgin Media O2 is utilizing ThousandEyes Connected Devices to measure customer connections in real time, ensuring reliable in-home experiences.

Odido Netherlands is deploying Cisco’s Provider Connectivity Assurance application to gain deeper insights into network throughput, latency, and real application performance without requiring additional hardware or network reconfiguration.

Cisco also introduced capabilities for its Mobility Services Platform, enabling mobile network operators to accelerate revenue growth through an application and API ecosystem and advanced network services for people, spaces, and connected devices —all delivered as a service.
