BroadHop launches Quantum subscriber analytics

By Telecom Lead Team:BroadHop, a provider of policy control platforms for
telecom operators, has introduced Quantum Subscriber Analytics, a scalable
reporting solution that provides in-depth subscriber intelligence to network
operators.

Quantum Subscriber Analytics is integrated with
BroadHop’s Quantum Network Suite’s Policy, Charging and Subscriber Data
Management solutions as well as network enforcement points including industry
leading DPIs.

It delivers an end-to-end view of subscriber behavior
that bridges the network transport and back office.

Quantum Subscriber Analytics captures essential
subscriber event and transaction data that cannot be fulfilled in the
back-office or transport layers.

Quantum Subscriber Analytics enables operators to examine
subscriber behavior and usage by time of day, location, network access type,
application, session duration, and subscriber events. The solution’s reporting
dashboard enables rich graphical reports for both ad-hoc and scheduled reporting.

Quantum Subscriber Analytics allows operators to launch
marketing campaigns and promotions based on individual subscriber behavior and
service tier.

The solution allows operators to create fine grained
service plans and value added options targeting specific subscriber segments by
combining QoS, charging rules and application-based packages.

In addition, operators can forecast CAPEX for capacity
expansions for network transport and OSS/BSS applications by using this
solution.

“Analytics are becoming increasingly important to
carrier marketing and network operations; they need more fine-grained
subscriber intelligence to successfully launch new service packages and
effectively plan for network expansion,” said Bill Diotte, CEO and
president of BroadHop.

Recently,  CTO
of BroadHop said that they are using Procera Networks’ 3GPP Interoperability
Laboratory, which allows them to fully test and demonstrate to their mutual
customers the LTE scalability, performance and exciting new service concepts on
the end-user devices their subscribers are using.
