Astellia signs agreement with Telefonica for RAN optimization

Astellia, a provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, announced its global framework agreement with Telefonica for RAN optimization.

The two-year framework agreement enables Telefonica’s operating companies to benefit from network optimization solutions of Astellia.

Astellia said its radio optimization expertise will help Telefonica prevent any quality degradation of their network and improve the customer experience.

“Thanks to this partnership with Astellia, Telefonica’s customers will be able to take advantage of the improvement in network performance and efficiency and benefit from more reliable services and seamless connectivity,” said Ian Miller, radio access director at Telefonica.
