ACG, U.S. Cellular and Virgin Mobile to launch HTC One V in America

Telecom Lead America: Associated Carrier Group (ACG),
U.S. Cellular and Virgin Mobile USA will launch HTC One V, part of One series
of smartphones.


The HTC One V integrates Android 4.0 (ICS) with HTC Sense
4. HTC ImageSense, part of HTC Sense 4, includes a suite of camera and imaging
features. 


“The HTC One Series has been positively received by
consumers and received critical acclaim from professional reviewers since being
introduced this year. We are thrilled to offer the high end features and
premium experience of the HTC One V to a broader audience in the United
States,” said Martin Fichter, vice president, product management.


The HTC One V features HTC ImageSense.


HTC Sense 4 integrates Dropbox, with up to 25 gigabytes
of free space for two years, enough storage for more than 10,000 high-quality
photos.


The 5-megapixel camera features a f/2.0 lens with back
illuminated sensor. HTC Video Pic enables the user to capture still photos
while simultaneously recording HD video. The HTC One V can capture still images
during video playback.


HTC One V also gives an easy way to share photos and
videos with family and friends through Media Link HD which wirelessly sends content
from the smartphone to any TV with an HDMI input.


Associated Carriers Group presently has twenty-seven
Member Carriers based in various markets throughout the United States.


The HTC One V is also available in Canada through Bell,
Canada’s communications company, providing consumers and business with
solutions to their communications needs including Bell Mobility wireless, and
also through TELUS, a national telecommunications company in Canada.
